My Blogging goals for 2008

In response to Blogosis’ blogging goals, I thought it would be good to finally commit to some myself, because its the only way I’ll improve both my blog and my blogging activities.

So here they are (expiry/due date - December 31, 2008):

• Get on the first page of Google for the keywords “Andrew Messer”
• (Stay on the first page of Yahoo! for the same!)
• Post once a week-day minimum (aka 5 posts every week, 250/year)
• Try new methods of marketing my blog - competitions, social web, more active in blogging community
• Get a real subscriber on my feed! As in someone that I don’t know.

I think those are a good set of goals that I can keep with a little bit of effort.  I mean, I should be able to cover them in an hour a day!

Now, I just need to find someone to make me accountable for keeping the goals
